Dear Sue, Joanne, J.T and Family I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was such a wonderful man, friend and neighbor. He did a lot to promote Ballston Lake and he will be missed. I have many memories of him working his garden, boating on the lake & promoting Ballston Lake. I remember one evening in particular, the whole Pollard clan were sitting at a large table in Carney's. There was much laughter, the kids were dancing around the table, playing games, singing & have fun. I will keep Joe and the family in my prayers.

Our sincere condolences to all of you. We met Joe trough Michelle and JT and I remember having a pleasant conversation with him at last years graduation party at Michelle's house. Joe talked about coming to hear us play at the Main Street Grille as he did before. To his wife, children and grandchildren, we are confident that he is surrounded by the light of God. It's been a long time since I've seen Joe, but his memory is still vivid in my mind. Joe was my manager and mentor when I started my career at KAPL. He helped me grow as a professional and a person in the few years we worked together. He turned a strong group of engineers into a team - and we all loved our time working together...Don, Dave, Gus, Bill, et al. Great times. To this day my family remembers my stories about Joe. The one that brings a smile to our face had to do with his necktie. We could always tell when Joe was working his hardest because he'd flip his tie over his shoulder. Always with a smile of his own. Though we've lost touch, I miss Joe every time I think of him. And I'm sad that he no longer can share his wonderful nature in person. I guess it falls on those of us that knew him to keep spreading his greatness through our memories and the better people we've become by knowing him. My best wishes and condolences to his family.

Brette and I were so lucky to have know him these last 5 years. He had such a love of life and family. It was obvious how much he loved his family and how much they all loved him back. The love flowed strong and deep and will leave memories forever to treasure and keep. We were lucky to be a witness to this! It is a SPECIAL thing!! lots of love to all the Pollards.
