Doris Tuite, 94, of Clifton Park, NY died peacefully on Saturday October 6, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Doris was born on August 19, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY and was the daughter of Edward Brady and Madeline (Krey) Brady. She attended high school at Valley Stream Central High and became a business owner of The Crystal Chandelier in Delmar NY. Doris also spent much of her career employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where she was the office manager for many years.
Doris enjoyed skiing and boating in Vermont as well as reading, knitting, and traveling.
Doris was a loving wife to the late Thomas Francis Tuite, beloved mother of the late Kevin E. Tuite and the late Carolee Tuite.
She is survived by her brother, Steven Brady; daughter-in-law, Maryann (Van de Wal) Tuite; grandchildren, Deborah Grady; Thomas Pisano; Lisa Pisano-(Arthur Avery Sr.) Avery; Valerie (Frank Perry II) Tuite; Hillary (M. Neman) Tuite; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services for Doris will be private.
