Brian E. Tobey of Sacandaga Road, Galway has departed this earth for his heavenly home on October 15, 2017. He leaves behind his wife of 52 years Martha, his daughter Barbara Barnhart from Annandale, Virginia, his son Brian Jr. (Kim) of Fultonville, New York and his daughter Christina (Dan). He also leaves behind five grandchildren Alyssia, Nicole, and Austin Tobey as well as his twin grandsons Kaiden and Collin Moran.
Brian served his country in the U.S. Navy for six years. He has numerous jobs over the years including his own small engine repair business. He was always there willingly helping anyone in need of parts or repairs.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 12:30 pm at Townley and Wheeler Funeral Home, 21 Midline Rd., Ballston Lake, NY 12019.
Interment with full military honors will follow at 2:30 pm in Gerald B. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd., Schuylerville, NY.
